Not yet released, but the 2033 Metro game was scathing accusations. This is related to licensing issues engine used in this game.
If you see a few screenshots from that revealed by THQ, 2033 Metro's graphics quality is exceptional. Moreover THQ has worked with Nvidia to further improve it.
But now, the quality of the graphics are proud of that THQ makes a 2033 Metro accusations. The developers of this game, 4A Games, was accused of imitating game engine technology from GSC Game World.
Allegations leveled directly by the founder of GSC Game World, Sergey Grigorovich. Grigorovich pointed out that the game engine used in the Metro 2033 is a result of his work that previously used in the game STALKER
